Katherine Jackson won't inherit MJ Estate

Michael Jackson always wanted to make sure that his mother Katherine Jackson will be well taken care for the rest of her life. Once Katherine passes away her share of the estate would go to his children. According to Michael’s trust 40% of Michael’s estate would go to Katherine, 40% to his children and 20% goes to charity. The Trustees John Branca and John McClain have decided Katherine Jackson will not inherit 40% of the estate. Katherine will receive a stipend for the rest of her life and she’s getting an allowance which will increase when the trust goes in effect.
