Alexander Mcqueen sues Steve Madden
Steve Madden has blatantly been making money doing knock-offs of high-end designs and there is one designer that has had enough of it. Alexander McQueen filed a lawsuit on October 1 in Manhattan, calling Steve Madden's Seryna bootie "studied imitation" of McQueen's "Faithful". The only thing that was missing from the Seyrna bootie was the trademark skull Alexander McQueen has on theirs. Alexander McQueen is asking for an injunction, profits and payment of legal fees. This is one case where imitation isn't the greatest form of flattery.
