Rihanna will not be in court today when Chris Brown is sentenced for his attack on her. Rihanna will be requesting a less restrictive protective order against Brown than the one she currently has in place.
“I’m going to be requesting a level one protective order not to annoy, molest, or harass my client. This would be a step down from current order in which Brown must stay 50 yards away from my client,” the singer’s attorney Donald Etra..
In terms of court on Wednesday, he added:
“Rihanna won’t be there.”
Brown is expected to be sentenced to five years probation, 180 days of labor service, and one year of domestic violence counseling classes.
